We make Black and Yellow Mustard Oil, Groundnut Oil, Sesame Oil, Coconut Oil and Almond Oil. Recently we have also started ayurvedic and therapeutic oils like Black seed (Kalonji) Oil, Flaxseed oil etc.

One major reason is the seed quality, we pay a lot more for premium seeds and then grade them. Grading removes spoiled seeds and lighter seeds with poor oil content. It makes the oil quality better, makes it more nutrient dense and also results in low acidity which means oils are fresher for longer periods of time.The other reason is the extraction process. There are 4 qualities of oils available in the market.1. Expeller Pressed / Refined2. Iron Rotary / Iron Ghani3. Cold Pressed4. Wood Pressed ( Extra Virgin) Most of the oils available in the market is a ratio of 1,2 and 3.We do not extract expeller pressed or rotary pressed oils. If you want to buy those you can probably get them elsewhere at much cheaper prices. Only contact us if you are interested in either Cold Pressed or Single Wood Pressed Oils. There’s no ratio, both oils are available separately at their own prices.

Don’t trust check it yourself, We encourage you to order a sample and compare the quality with other vendors yourself. Moreover, on a bulk order of 1000 litres or above we provide free lab test reports as well. You are also free to get our oils tested at any lab in India (or Outside India).

Our manufacturing facility is situated in Churu, Rajasthan. We source mustard ( black and yellow), groundnut and sesame seeds locally. Being a desert area almost all of the crop here is rainfed and without pesticides. For coconuts we source sundried, sulphur free coconuts from South India.

All the seeds we use are whole (they cost 1.25x than split ones) and of premium quality.Those seeds are then first cleaned and graded before extraction.

A cold pressed machine is made of stainless steel, and oil remains in contact with it only for a few seconds and because of this reason oil is extracted at room temperature. There’s no heating involved.A wood pressed machine is the traditional method of oil extraction, it’s a very slow and arduous process. For example a wood pressed machine running for 8 hours would only produce 18-22 litres of oil. Wood Pressed Oils cost more than their Cold Pressed counterparts because of increased cost of labour, electricity, wear tear and low output.
